• Ability to follow procedures accurately and consistently
• Strong commitment to health & safety and food safety standards
• Physically fit and able to meet minimum screening requirements
• Must pass pre‑employment medicals + drug & alcohol testing (non‑negotiable)
• Reliable, hard‑working, and ready for long shifts
